Unlike New York City or Los Angeles, Cincinnati actually has affordable housing. Whether you want to live downtown or in the suburbs, you can easily find a home you can afford. This is very good news for young people who are just getting started in their careers. Instead of spending most of your monthly income on housing, you can put some of it into savings or take a vacation with it.
