About Us

Cincinnati-based Potterhill Homes, is a family-owned company founded in 2001 to provide affordable single-family homes with traditional architecture for cities and suburbs. Started by Cincinnati real estate pioneer Dan Rolfes, Potterhill Homes has been a labor of love from the beginning. Potterhill Homes President, Carolyn Rolfes lives in a Potterhill Home.

Potterhill Homes works with leading architects to design home plans that will fit nicely into existing communities. Homes are designed with the owner in mind. We also develop full communities, taking in mind the existing area’s look, feel and personality.

Potterhill Homes provides an affordable option as cities across the country search for unique ways to create affordable housing and increase home ownership levels. Finance options abound, even for first-time homeowners.
