Breaking news! The homebuyer tax credit WILL BE EXTENDED!
The question remains, “What will the extention of the tax credit look like?”
It would appear as if there will not only be a first time buyer tax credit but a tax credit available for all new home purchasers who purchase a primary residence.

Today we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new model home, The Salvadore, at Northwind in Northside. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention there are 7 pre-sold homes at Northwind (out of only 25 available).

The Kentucky General Assembly has created a $5,000 tax credit for non-first time homebuyers purchasing newly built homes.

Since February, home sales have been improving month over month.
