Maintaining Inclusive Horsemanship Through and Post Covid-19
Equine-assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) utilize horses to help promote mental wellness, emotional growth and physical improvements. Therapies and programs include:
- hippotherapy (occupational and physical therapy utilizing equine movement)
- adaptive recreational riding
- miniature horse therapy outreach
- miniature horse therapy outreach for hospice patients
- social and emotional enrichment workshops
- Special Olympics equestrian games, Clermont County, Ohio
